A Singular Edition a Hernyák Birtok legkülönlegesebb pezsgősorozata. Míg a House Blend minden évben ugyanazt a stílust és filozófiát képviseli egy évjárat nélküli házasításban, addig a Singular Edition ennek éppen az ellenkezője: egyetlen dűlő, egyetlen évjárat és egyetlen tartály megismételhetetlen lenyomata.
A célunk vele, hogy bemutassuk egy kivételes évjárat legszebb arcát. Ezért minden Singular Edition önálló tétel: minden évben a legígéretesebb alapborok közül választjuk ki azt az egyet, amely karakterében, egyensúlyában és érlelési potenciáljában önmagában is teljes. Nem házasítjuk, nem alakítjuk. Egy mikroklíma, egy szüreti nap, egy fajta, egy hordó.
A 2020-as Singular Edition 100% Chardonnay-ból készült, és öt éven át érlelődött seprőn, hogy elérje azt a mélységet, eleganciát és kifinomultságot, amelyet csak a terroir és az idő képes megteremteni.
Illatában a briós, a pirított mogyoró, a vajas leveles tészta és a finom citrusok jelennek meg, amelyeket érett almás jegyek és visszafogott ásványosság egészít ki.

The Singular Edition is the most exclusive sparkling wine series of Hernyák Estate. While our House Blend represents the same style and philosophy every year through a non-vintage blend, the Singular Edition is its complete opposite: the unique expression of a single vineyard, a single vintage, and a single tank.
Its purpose is to reveal the finest expression of an exceptional vintage. Each Singular Edition is a standalone wine. Every year, we select the single most promising base wine from the harvest—the one that is complete in its character, balance, and ageing potential. It is neither blended nor reshaped. One microclimate, one harvest day, one grape variety, one barrel.
The 2020 Singular Edition is crafted from 100% Chardonnay and spent five years ageing on its lees, allowing it to develop the depth, elegance, and refinement that only terroir and time can create.
On the nose and palate, it reveals notes of brioche, toasted hazelnuts, buttery puff pastry, and delicate citrus, complemented by ripe orchard fruit and a subtle mineral character.
