Egyik kedvenc tételünk! Kárpát medencei fajta, ami különösen szereti a meleg őszi napokat. Így igazán különleges borokat akkor lehet belőle készíteni, ha sokat süt a nap a szüreti időszakban. Forró augusztust meleg szeptember követett, majd október elején szüreteltük le a Zöldveltelini ültetvényt a ház mellett. Egy napos ülepítés után másod és harmad éves hordókba került és 4-5 hónapot töltött hordóban a palackozásig.

One of the success stories of our winery.  It likes warm autumn days. So you can make really great wines from it if there is a lot of sunshine during the harvest season. In this vintage, a hot August was followed by a warm September, and in the first week of October we harvested the Zöldveltelini vineyard next to the house. After settling for one day, it was put into second- and third-year barrels and spent 4-5 months there until bottling.

This is why there is only a touch of the wooden barrel in its aromatic character. White pepper, creamy notes, green pepper, long sweetie finish, and a powerful character.
