Hernyák Birtok Sauvignon Blanc 2022
Borászatunk legzsengébb, legfrissebb, legkönnyedebb bora. Szőlőjét a frissesség és az aromák megőrzéséhez, nagyobb lombbal termesztjük. A Sauvignon Blanc szőlőnek jót tesznek a hűvösebb dűlőink, mert a kevesebb nap kevésbé égeti el az illatokat a szőlőben. Korán szüreteljük, ugyanebből az indokból. Ha később szednénk pár héttel, akkor több alkohola, de kevesebb aromatikája lenne. Itt pedig a cél egy illatozó, szép savérzetű, könnyen iható bor. A világ legismertebb és jelenleg legtrendibb fehérbor szőlőfajtája. Újzélandtól, Délafrikáig, Ausztráliától, Ausztriáig mindenhol megtalálható. Őshazája leginkább Franciaország. Loire (loár) völgye. Idehaza az északi régiókban érzi jól magát. Etyek legkeresettem csendes bora. 1997 óta készítjük. Ez volt az első bor, amit Hernyák Laci elkészített. 2005-ben az országos borversenyen a Sauvignon Blancunkkal a legnagyobb pontszámot, és a nagyarany díjat nyertük meg vele. Ilyen díjat az országos borversenyen azóta sem kapott senki Etyekről. Elkészítési módját nézve teljesen reduktív. A legkényesebb fajta, így a legjobban kell óvni az oxidációl. Szüret napjától kezdve a legkevesebbet találkozik levegővel és meleggel. Ezért acél tartályokban, hűtve erjesztjük és palackozásig a tartályokban tartjuk.
Illatában megjelennek a zöldes jegyek, mint a csalán, menta, zsálya és a friss citrusok, grapefruit, lime, valamint a bodza és az egres is kiérződik a háttérben. Zamata könnyed, friss, jóleső, könnyen iható bor.
Our winery’s lightest, freshest and most delicate wine. The grapes are grown with a larger canopy to preserve the freshness and the aromas. Sauvignon Blanc grapes benefit from our cooler vineyards, as less sun does not burn off as much of the aromas in the grapes. We harvest early, for the same reason. If you pick them a few weeks later you would have more alcohol, but less aroma. Here, the aim is to get a fragrant, nicely acidic, easily drinkable wine. It is the world's best-known and currently trendiest white wine grape. From New Zealand to South Africa, Australia to Austria, it can be found everywhere. It mostly originates from the Loire Valley in France. At home, it thrives in the northern regions. The most sought after still wine in Etyek. We have been making it since 1997, and it was the first wine Laci Hernyák produced. In 2005, our Sauvignon Blanc won the highest score and the Grand Gold Medal at the national wine competition. No one from Etyek has received such an award at a national wine competition ever since. It is made with a completely reductive method. It is the most delicate grape variety so it must be protected most from oxidation. From the day of harvest onwards it comes into contact with air and heat the least. It is therefore fermented chilled in steel tanks and kept in the tanks until bottling.
On the nose there are green notes of nettle, mint, sage and fresh citrus, grapefruit and lime, with elderberry and gooseberry in the background. The taste is light, fresh and pleasant. A wine that’s easy to drink.
